I’ve been doing a lot of overthinking these past two months…
In case anyone was wondering, researching and writing a history book is hard!

I’ve spent days buried in newspaper articles, wondering when that one detail that opens up a whole new understanding of Lac du Bonnet aviation will appear.

Then there’s the emails, phone calls and in-person meetings.
Feeling like I’m not making progress as I jump between 100 years’ worth of topics.
The logistics of publishing and trying to figure out how to market this book when I barely have legible pieces of a draft.

It’s a lot…
But I know it will all be worth it in the end!
